Cancellation Policy
We may require a credit card deposit for your reservation. In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule a reservation, we require at least 24 hour notice. If 24 hours are not given to cancel or reschedule, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. No – shows are included under this policy.
Please be aware if you are more than 15 minutes late for a reservation, we may not be able to accommodate reserved services and the cancellation fee will be applied.
